Info/Requirements
- Previous business development or outside sales experience (restoration experience preferred, but open to candidates from related industries).
- Existing book of business and commercial contacts highly preferred.
- Strong relationships within restoration, mitigation, construction, property management, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, government, insurance, or senior living industries.
- Property management, restoration, construction, claims adjusting, or fire-chasing experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of the sales and marketing lifecycle.
- Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Generate new commercial and multifamily accounts through prospecting, networking, and route marketing efforts.
- Serve as the primary client contact from project inception through completion.
- Remain actively involved throughout each project by tracking progress, coordinating with operations, and maintaining consistent client communication.
- Meet with target clients throughout the territory while working remotely from a home office.
- Collaborate closely with mitigation and reconstruction teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage and grow accounts across commercial properties, multifamily communities, apartments, hotels, insurance agencies, government facilities, hospitals, senior living communities, and other key markets.
- Drive revenue growth by developing both mitigation and reconstruction opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Base salary of $80,000-$150,000 plus uncapped commission.
- First-year production goal of $500K for candidates without an existing book of business + $1M-$1.5M for candidates with an established book of business.
- Unlimited PTO (performance-based).

- Remote/home-based role with travel throughout the Greater King County market.
- Initial onboarding, training, and route development support provided.
