Role Overview:

JD Logistics is looking for a strategic and experienced Business Development Manager to speed our expansion in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and be fluent in German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive dynamics in the German logistics sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base in Germany.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with local and international logistics providers.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development roles within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German logistics market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
