The UK operation consists of a regional office in Halesowen/Stourbridge border of rhe West Midlands and a manufacturing plant in Merseyside.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Stourbridge.

The position would suit an engineer with commercial acumen looking to progress in the next step of their career. The role will be to initially be a welcome addition to the team under I large workload that the current team already face.

This position would suit an Engineer or Sales Engineer that has worked in the Thermal or Electrical industry that is using non-metallic, high temperature materials and is willing to learn about them further.

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospects. The role includes managing and growing existing accounts, preparing quotations and proposals, and maintaining regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with production capabilities and support the development of sales strategies. Daily tasks also include market research, attending customer meetings, tracking performance against targets, and providing accurate sales reporting.
