Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders, and promoting Pi Green’s clean air solutions. Daily activities include researching potential markets, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, track sales pipelines, and provide regular performance and market insight reports. The role also involves participating in industry events, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing to strategies that drive growth and support the company’s mission of sustainable innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with government bodies, institutional clients, or organizations in sectors such as environmental solutions, technology, or public health is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, OH, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using CRM tools and basic data analysis to inform strategy and reporting.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability, clean technology, or environmental impact initiatives, and willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
