Business Development Manager, Living Sector, Europe


Our client is a leading international operator within the living sector, with an established presence across multiple European markets. With ambitious growth plans and a strong track record of success, the business is seeking to appoint an experienced and commercially focused Business Development Manager to support its continued expansion.


This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and relationship-driven individual to play a key role in identifying, evaluating and securing new business opportunities across Europe. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, building relationships with key stakeholders, sourcing new opportunities and supporting growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio.


The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to originate and develop business opportunities. You will be comfortable engaging with investors, operators, property owners, developers, advisors and other industry stakeholders, while demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused approach to business development.


Based in UK or Europe and with regular travel across the region, this role offers the opportunity to join a highly successful international platform at an exciting stage of its growth journey.
