What will you do?

We are seeking motivated B2B Sales Agents (Fluent Polish & English) to manage client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and support the full sales cycle across our regional operations. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and proactively identifying growth opportunities to ensure consistent revenue development and strong client satisfaction.

• Managing client orders and responding to customer enquiries by phone, email or through other means.
• Managing sales opportunities for all products, performing all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable sales.
• Checking inventory and fulfilling orders.
• Notifying customers of price and delivery changes for orders placed online, verbally, by fax or email.
• Input quotations and orders into the sales order processing systems.
• Proactively developing new business through outgoing customer calls and other means.
• Helping sales to obtain daily goals.
• Other duties in line with business requirements.

• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment unsupervised.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• A professional attitude when dealing with customers, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to work to targets.
• Be comfortable with computers and technology.
• Proven experience/evidence in understanding and interpreting written documents in Polish and English (both required), minimum C1.
• Previous experience in sales in an advantage.
