Our client, a well-established international company operating in the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Dealer Network Coordinator to support the development and performance of its dealer network across Non-EU markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and support the company's dealer network across Non-EU markets.
- Execute the sales strategy in line with business objectives and commercial plans.
- Monitor sales performance and drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new dealer partners to expand the company's market presence.
- Establish and maintain sales standards across the dealer network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, preparing relevant analyses and recommendations.
- Plan and coordinate commercial and marketing activities aimed at increasing sales performance.
- Organize and deliver training and continuous support for dealer partners to strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, acting as their primary business partner.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- Several years of experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealer network or distributor management.
- Proven ability to develop and manage dealer relationships in international markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities and industry trends.
- Proactive, self-motivated professional with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office package.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Non-EU markets.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
- Valid Category B driving license.
