What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business through cold outreach and in-person visits
• Build partnerships with grocery stores, distributors, and retailers
• Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities
• Execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitors
• Collaborate with internal teams to increase product placement
• Travel locally to meet clients and drive deals

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of outside sales or business development experience
• Strong hunter mentality with proven closing ability
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and comfortable in a field-based role
• Food/CPG/distribution experience is a plus
