The Mission: What You’ll Do

• Ground-Up Lead Gen: Actively prospect, cold call, and network to open doors with schools, universities, and learning centers across Thailand
• Early-Stage Penetration: Turn cold prospects into foundational partners, closing the initial wave of deals that will establish ClassIn’s presence
• Localize the Pitch: Translate ClassIn’s global value proposition into a compelling narrative that addresses the specific pain points of Thai educators
• HQ Feedback Loop: Act as our eyes and ears. Gather local market insights to help HQ optimize product features, pricing, and strategy for Thailand

Who You Are

• The "Hunter" Mentality: You don't wait for inbound leads. You view "No" as the start of a negotiation and possess relentless resilience
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or SaaS/EdTech expansion. Experience selling to the education sector is a massive plus
• 0-to-1 Comfort: You thrive in ambiguity. You don't need a perfect corporate playbook—you enjoy helping write it
• Languages: Thai with excellent professional English (for close collaboration with our regional and HQ teams)
