Business Development Manager – Multilateral Financial Institutions

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with a particular focus on projects financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and other multilateral financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in infrastructure projects financed by multilateral development institutions throughout the APAC region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public-sector clients, executing agencies, funding institutions, and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), technical proposals, and commercial bids.
• Develop strategic partnerships and consortiums with international and local firms.
• Define market-entry and growth strategies in priority countries and sectors.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and oversee pursuits through to contract award.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in international business development and/or procurement processes financed by multilateral development banks.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset, proactive attitude, and strong results orientation.
• Willingness to travel internationally and relocate to Bangkok.
