🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

📍 Bangkok

As Moneta Markets accelerates its expansion strategy in 2026, we are strengthening our Thailand team and looking for ambitious professionals to join our Business Development function.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments, understand relationship-based sales, and are motivated to build long-term value in a regulated financial services business.

Experience in Forex / CFD is an advantage — but not a requirement. We value commercial thinking, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills above all.

🔎 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Drive partner acquisition and relationship management (IBs, Affiliates, Strategic Partners)

• Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to Thailand market expansion

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with regional growth plans

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams

• Ensure all business activities operate within regulatory and company compliance frameworks

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage and grow revenue pipelines

• Comfortable working in a regulated financial services environment

• Forex / CFD / FinTech background is a plus, but not mandatory
