Job title: BD Operation Specialist (Full-time)

💰 Basic Salary: THB 30,000/month

🧾 Bonus: depends on performance, up to 800 USD

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

📍 Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok (near MRT & BTS)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development professional to help expand our agency network, creator ecosystem, and strategic partnerships while driving the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and business partners

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities and expand the partner network

• Support the recruitment of creators, influencers, idols, and livestreamers to join the platform

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive partner growth and platform development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Management, or related fields

• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
