Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Support the planning and development of business initiatives to maintain existing clients and assist in acquiring new clients.
2. Assist in identifying potential business opportunities, including new markets, customers, or partnerships.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to collect relevant data and support business development activities.
4. Conduct basic research and analysis on clients, market trends, and competitors to support business planning.
5. Prepare presentation materials and documents for solutions, services, or business proposals.
6. Communicate and follow up with clients to support relationship building and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. At least 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields
2. Ability to manage assigned tasks with attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Thai (written and verbal).
4. Good project coordination and organizational skills.
5. Able to work well in a team environment and take ownership of assigned tasks.
6. Flexibility to travel when necessary.
7. Passionate in sustainability is a plus.
8. Confidence in presentation or public speaking is a plus.
