International Business Development Manager

CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for an International Business Development Manager for a company with a Watertown and Syracuse presence. This person will be the primary contact for international distributors and advise them on strategies. This is not a hard selling role, it is a collaboration with current distribution partners and identifying new distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for international distributors and advise distributors on strategies for sales growth
• Quarterly calls with distributors to discuss went well and have difficult conversations with distributors who are struggling
• Identify new distribution partners
• 10% international travel, 3 days per month in Watertown
• In-person role in Syracuse or Watertown based on your preference

Qualifications

• Business strategy experience
• B2B experience is a must
• International ties/foreign language knowledge
