Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain distribution channels in the German market (including tobacco shops, supermarkets, e‑commerce platforms, MDs, etc.), build and sustain long‑term and stable partnerships, and achieve sales targets.
2. Analyze market dynamics in Germany and other German‑speaking regions, formulate localized sales plans and strategies, and drive channel coverage and sales growth.
3. Collaborate closely with the team, with a primary focus on the German market, while also supporting business expansion in other European markets.
4. Follow up on channel partner needs, coordinate internal resources, provide solutions, and enhance product sales performance.
5. Monitor the channel sales process, gather competitive intelligence, identify market opportunities, and provide timely feedback on customer needs and industry changes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent sales experience.
2. At least 3 years of channel sales experience in the e‑cigarette / tobacco / FMCG industry; familiarity with the German market and existing resources in supermarkets, tobacco shops, e‑commerce, and MD channels are preferred.
3. Solid understanding of sales processes, with proven negotiation, relationship‑building, and business development skills, and a verifiable sales track record.
4. Native or near‑native German proficiency, with fluent English communication and writing skills.
5. Knowledge of relevant German laws and regulations (especially tobacco / e‑cigarette regulations) is a plus.
6. Strong team spirit and a high sense of responsibility, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
