• Lead the delivery of new business initiatives and strategic customer solutions
• Drive business development and sales with a focus on long-term partnerships
• Develop commercial sales models with the finance team to evaluate new business opportunities
• Apply your expertise in grocery supply chains and packaging to unlock new opportunities
• Champion industry innovation and contribute to the evolution of circular thinking
• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer success and safety

• Solid tenure history paired with measurable achievements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in packaging, FMCG, or related industries
• Proven business development / sales capability and a track record of business growth
• A mindset for innovation, simplicity, and humility
• Deep understanding of grocery supply chains and packaging systems
• Passion for creating value and driving sustainable change
