Key Position Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Managing Alt channel customers – Costco, The Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse, and many other route customers
- Managing Private label portfolio for Foodstuffs and Woolworths.
- Managing Artwork update projects for Private label lines.
- Responsible for reducing SCL (SLOB and clearance) for NZ business.
- Work with the Head of New Business Development to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards.
- Sell to targeted new accounts (Focusing on specific channels and categories).
- Identify and lock potential new accounts.
- Establish/negotiate and lock plans into agreement in line with company policies and budget.
- Lead cross-functional partners to deliver results.
- Own the P&L for a portfolio of categories
- Be actively involved in the day to day management of potential or current contract manufacturing relationships
- Manage the IBP process for your portfolio
- Develop and work with accounts and internal units to create tailored product solutions and JBPs.
- Monitor performance, taking corrective action where appropriate
- Communicate information regarding forecasting, opportunity pipeline, NPDs, Price, to key internal stakeholders.
