The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a desk-based sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and delivering tailored training solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels.
• Understand clients' training needs and provide bespoke safety training solutions.
• Deliver persuasive presentations of our course offerings to new and existing clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRM system.
• Stay current with industry developments and training trends to effectively position our services.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in sales—preferably B2B or within the training, safety, or services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• A confident, professional phone manner and strong rapport-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in workplace safety and training solutions.
