Business Development Associate

Pay CC is a cutting-edge payment solution provider, specifically tailored for high-risk industries. We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Cyprus. The candidate will be responsible for developing our customer base.

Main Responsibilities

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new sales/partnership collaborations.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Negotiating and closing deals according to personal and department goals.
• Working closely with the Sales Development Team.

• ‍At least 3 years experience in B2B Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and IT skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to progress with minimal support.
• Be proactive and have the ability to deal with the more in-depth and complex aspects of the role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems (experience in Salesforce will be considered an advantage).
• Fluency in the English language is mandatory for this role. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
