We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development professional to help expand our agency network, creator ecosystem, and strategic partnerships while driving the growth of our platform.

Job Tiltle: BD Operation Specialist (Work from home)

💰 Salary: 7,000,000 to 21,000,000 Lao Kip (LAK)/month (Negotiable)

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and business partners
2. Identify and develop new partnership opportunities and expand the partner network
3. Support the recruitment of creators, influencers, idols, and livestreamers to join the platform
4. Collaborate with internal teams to drive partner growth and platform development

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Good command of English, both spoken and written
3. At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Management, or related fields
4. Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
5. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
