Harmovest Capital is expanding its presence in Jordan and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
We are seeking a commercially driven professional with proven experience in the Forex & CFD brokerage industry, strong client acquisition skills, and a solid understanding of Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth across the Jordanian market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Jordanian market.
- Acquire, onboard, and retain Forex & CFD traders and high-value clients.
- Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
- Promote Harmovest Capital's trading products across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Metals, Stocks CFDs, and Crypto CFDs.
- Assist clients with account opening, funding, and platform onboarding.
- Achieve business KPIs, including:
- New client acquisition
- Funded trading accounts
- Net deposits
- Trading activity
- IB-generated business
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen Harmovest Capital's presence in Jordan.
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
- 2–3+ years of experience in the Forex & CFD brokerage industry.
- Proven experience in Forex sales, business development, trader acquisition, or IB management.
- Strong understanding of Forex & CFD products and MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; is highly preferred.
- An existing network of traders, IBs, affiliates, or strategic partners in Jordan is a strong advantage.
