We’re partnering with a fast-growing biotech company seeking a PhD scientist to join its commercial team in a Business Development Manager role focused on product and services.

This is a great opportunity for a Mandarin speaking, early-career scientist looking to move from bench research into a business-facing role, with strong training, global exposure, and genuine progression potential. No prior sales, business development or commercial experience is required for this position.

What you’ll do:

• Engage prospective customers and identify commercial opportunities.
• Support negotiations and help secure contracts.
• Attend conferences and trade shows.
• Work with marketing to support brand awareness.

What we’re looking for:

• PhD in pharmacology, immunology, biology, or a related bioscience field.
• Hands-on wet lab and direct research experience - mouse model experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in transitioning from science into business.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
