Business Development Executive

Hours: 8.30am – 5.15pm

• $40,000 starting salary and £80,000 first year OTE (Top earners taking $150k+ annually)
• Salary increase to $50,000 after 3 months of hitting target, Continuous automated salary increases every 3 months of hitting target in a row (Up to $80,000)
• $2,000 Graduation Bonus, Bonus paid based on you graduating our 3 month training program.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind PHMG’s growth.

Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and creating new relationships with potential clients across the UK or US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and map market trends, competitors, and target industries.
• Identify key Decision-Makers within target organisations.
• Make the first contact with potential clients, setting the tone for their PHMG journey.
• Collaborate with the wider Sales and Music Production teams to organise tailored demo presentations.
• Drive new client acquisition and help grow our global brand through strategic outreach and Cold Calling.
