🌿 B2B Sales & Digital Marketing Manager - Premium Organic Spirits 📍 Girona (on-site) or remote (Italy / Spain) · Full time

Drylaw — UK craft premium organic spirits — is looking for a commercially driven profile to lead our growth across Italy and Spain.

This is a key, visible role in the growth phase of an international craft brand: you'll own the commercial development of two strategic markets.

What you'll do

• Drive B2B sales across Italy and Spain — distributors, on-trade / HoReCa, specialist retailers
• Develop new markets, channels and clients with full ownership of your pipeline
• Generate, qualify and convert B2B leads end to end
• Contribute to digital marketing and social media
• Track KPIs through web analytics and deliver periodic performance reports

What we're looking for

• Solid B2B sales track record in spirits, beverage or premium FMCG, with established distributor relationships and verifiable references
• An active on-trade network in strategic areas of Italy and/or Spain (strongly preferred)
• Fluent Spanish and English; professional Italian
• Driving licence B

Nice to have

• E-commerce and Amazon platform experience (Seller / Vendor Central)
• Digital marketing and web analytics skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for visual content

Working model & terms We're open to two profiles:

• Employee / full-time collaborator — competitive fixed salary of €30,000–36.000, depending on experience and client portfolio, plus performance incentives. Girona (on-site) preferred; remote considered for candidates with a strong, established and continuous commercial presence in strategic areas of Spain or Italy.
• Multi-mandate commercial agent — commission-based agency terms for experienced agents with a complementary premium portfolio and an active on-trade network.

Remote roles require a personal car (business expenses reimbursed).
