Job Description: International Business Manager – Switzerland

Turga Switzerland is an international business consulting company supporting foreign investors and corporations entering the Swiss market. We provide end-to-end corporate services including company formation, banking, accounting coordination, immigration support, international trade, logistics, market expansion, and business development.

We are seeking an experienced International Business Manager to support both our internal operations and selected client companies in Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing local business activities, coordinating stakeholders and representing international clients within the Swiss business ecosystem. The selected candidate may be assigned to manage the Swiss operations of one or more international client companies represented by Turga Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent international client companies in Switzerland

• Coordinate company incorporation and corporate administration

• Manage relationships with banks, accounting firms and legal advisors

• Support clients during immigration and residence permit procedures

• Coordinate logistics and international trade activities

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

• Attend meetings with public authorities and private sector organizations

• Prepare management reports and business updates

• Support business development initiatives

• Manage operational projects from planning through execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law or Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Fluent English

• German is highly preferred

• Additional languages are considered an advantage

• Swiss work authorization or eligibility to work in Switzerland

• Driving licence preferred
