Business Development Manager

STADA is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our portfolio across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Portfolio Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned regional markets
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of M&A, licensing-in, licensing-out, co-promotion, distribution, and partnership opportunities
- Monitor market and technology trends, as well as competitor activities
- Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external BD contacts
2. Deal Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of transactions, including:
- Opportunity screening
- Business case preparation
- Due diligence
- Negotiation strategy
- Contract negotiations
- Internal approvals
- Deal closure
- Collaborate closely with portfolio, legal, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, Business Administration, Finance, or Strategy
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting
- Proven experience in business development and portfolio management
- Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong track record of signed deals across various transaction types (M&A, licensing, distribution)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Regional or international experience across multiple countries
- Experience managing licensing or distribution partnerships
- Experience with branded, specialty, biosimilar, or innovative pharmaceutical portfolios
