The Business Development Manager drives organization growth by identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new markets, high value segments, and strategic enterprise accounts to expand revenue and market share .

About The Role

  • Identify and pursue new markets, segments, and strategic accounts to grow revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s growth and profitability goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Define and influence target market, value proposition and GTM plans
  • Develop entry strategies through customer interviews and relationships.
  • Ensure regional initiatives, market entry activities, and partnership strategies remain aligned with global business objectives and quarterly performance goals.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor moves, then turn insights into target-account plans.
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping to understand regulatory landscape, competitive environment, cultural nuances, and customer needs in target emerging countries or regions.
  • Provide structured market feedback to leadership on demand patterns, product gaps, and competitive tactics to shape roadmap and investment decisions in emerging markets.
  • Provide sales with market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer personas.
  • Collect feedback to inform product localization and service improvements.
  • Aligning regional activities with global strategy and quarterly goals

About You

  • 7+ Experience in business development, market expansion, or regional sales in emerging markets…
  • Proven track record of developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients with AEC experience.
  • Deep experience in consultative selling to enterprise customers within the AEC industry or similar complex B2B environments. Experience in business development, market expansion, or regional sales in emerging markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to emerging markets.
  • Strong communication, written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with change
  • Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM
  • Firm understanding of all other internal software applications that allow for enhanced territory management including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, Slack and etc.
  • Ability to effectively present to all levels of a business including the C-Suite
  • Work within a team environment to manage and interact with resources across multiple cross-functional teams and regions
  • Advance level expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data to drive strategic decisions.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $108,900-136,000 plus eligible bonus
