Senior Int. Business Development Manager
Indexed description

- Help refine sales messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy
- Act as a role model in deal execution and commercial thinking, supporting best practices across the team
- Support and mentor colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience
You are a high-performing sales professional who combines commercial instinct with structure and strategic thinking. You focus on understanding the customer’s business and driving value rather than leading with a product demo.

- A culture built on trust, ownership, and high performance
- The chance to influence how we sell, position, and grow as a company
- Opportunities for long-term progression into leadership or strategic commercial roles
