The Heimbach Group develops and produces consumer goods and services for paper production and other selected industries. We produce at 8 locations in Europe and Asia with 1,250 employees.

To strengthen our team in the business unit “paper machine clothing (PMC)” we are looking for a

Sales & Service Representative UK (m/f/d)

Assignments

• You are the important link between the customer and Heimbach
• You identify and obtain new business
• You maximise market potential in the UK
• You accompany our products at our customer:
• Feeding fabrics into the paper machine
• Execution of seam and fabric inspections and repairs, drainage analyses and other measurements
• You write various reports e.g.service and travel reports
• You prepare, create, and hold presentations
• You are in constantexchange of experience with the Application department regarding the selection of fabric types
• You keep up to date with technological developments within thepaper industry including energy saving possibilities and process optimisation

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor / Master’s degree in papermaking, process technology or machinery
• Preferably, you have already gained experience at a PMC supplier, machinery builder or in paper production
• Ideally, you have gained knowledge of paper machine clothing
• You have excellent team working and communication skills
• You work independently
• You are flexible and willing to travel in the UK
• You have a driver’s licence
