Position Description

The Manager, Business Development and Partnership is responsible for supporting the execution of business development initiatives and managing partnerships that drive digital business growth. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships with partners, and coordinating the implementation of partnership initiatives that contribute to the expansion of the bank's digital ecosystem.

This position plays an important role in expanding digital payment solutions, supporting integration projects, and ensuring successful collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to support digital business growth.
  • Assist in executing the business development and partnership strategy aligned with the Digital Business Division objectives.
  • Manage relationships with corporate partners, merchants, fintech companies, payment service providers, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, product, merchant services, marketing, and operations to support partnership implementation.
  • Support integration projects, including API partnerships, payment gateway connections, and digital platform collaborations.
  • Prepare business proposals, partnership agreements, and commercial presentations.
  • Monitor and track partnership performance and revenue contribution.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners to drive digital transaction volume.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential partners and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and performance updates for management.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Deputy Head or management. ‍

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3—5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, digital business, or banking.
  • Experience working with digital payment solutions, e-commerce platforms, or fintech partnerships is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage partnership initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
