Senior Strategy Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Founder’s Office Associate who can work closely with the Founder across multiple businesses and new initiatives.

This role combines strategy, research, and hands-on execution. You will help evaluate opportunities, drive key projects, and ensure that the Founder’s priorities are converted into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert the Founder’s vision and priorities into structured action plans.
• Research, evaluate, and execute new business ideas and strategic initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects across different business functions.
• Coordinate with team leaders, track progress, and remove execution bottlenecks.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.
• Prepare business plans, presentations, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Build processes, systems, and accountability frameworks.
• Support partnerships, special projects, and high-priority assignments.
• Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, startups, project management, or Founder’s Office roles.
• Strong generalist mindset with the ability to handle research, planning, and execution.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High ownership, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and business dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site from Malkapur.
