A leading international healthcare company is looking for an experienced Export Operations & Business Process Coordinator to support global commercial operations, optimise business processes, and drive operational excellence across international markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in export operations, supply chain, SAP, commercial operations, or business process improvement who enjoys working cross-functionally in a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve international export and commercial operations
• Coordinate business process and systems-related initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Gather and translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects
• Support SAP-based operational processes and master data activities
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and compliance controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, commercial, and operations teams

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Experience within export operations, supply chain, commercial operations, order management, or business process excellence
• Strong SAP knowledge, ideally within sales, logistics, or finance processes
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Fluent English required (French and additional European languages are a plus)
