This position focuses on defining product requirements and leading the engineering team to deliver successful ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and clarify requirements by engaging with stakeholders
  • Ensure scope is well-defined and managed across the program
  • Maintain accurate documentation for program and project management
  • Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software lifecycle
  • Serve as a scrum master by managing schedules, identifying risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders
  • Oversee release schedules and milestones while maintaining high efficiency in a fast-paced setting
  • Facilitate software development, project management, cross-functional coordination, and team communications to achieve optimal program outcomes
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and establish timelines
  • Perform data analysis to inform decision-making
  • Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders
  • Track project progress and share key performance metrics
  • Confirm that solutions meet business needs and objectives
  • Support activities during the implementation phase
  • Conduct reviews post-implementation to evaluate project success
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging practices

Requirements

  • ServiceNow implementation experience (1 year minimum)
  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related fields
  • Background in software development and managing complex programs across multiple teams, with knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience as a scrum master driving development sprints
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical expertise
  • Proven performance as a Business Analyst in the tech industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Understanding of business process modeling techniques
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • English Level B2+

  • Aptitude for solving problems in dynamic and evolving environments
  • Experience collaborating in highly integrated cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical individuals
  • Capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
