Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and interpret relevant data (costs, productivity, volume patterns, etc.)
- Investigate problems, root cause analysis, and develop solutions
- Develop periodic performance reports and distribute them to key distribution operations stakeholders
- Provide analytical support for projects, strategic initiatives, and proposals
- Coordinate DC Operations activities as required
- Provide analysis of KPI’s for the DC operations network
- Responsible for providing analysis and reporting to provide inventory visibility throughout the DC network
- Support new & existing initiatives with data analysis and reporting
- Support the DC‘s OP and RP processes by providing reporting packages to FP&A and Logistics teams
- Provide comprehensive tracking for high priority and high-profile initiatives and programs
- Provide support to the Planning & Allocation, Transportation and DCs team as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and/or demonstrates capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience
- 2-4 years of retail, distribution experience preferred
- Supply Chain Management experience is a plus
- Tableau or other data visualization experience is a plus
- SAP or similar ERP systems experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
