We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global, cross-functional team working on data-driven solutions in a highly regulated environment. The team focuses on building and optimizing data processes, with a particular emphasis on consent management and data governance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and technology, helping translate complex requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions. This is a great opportunity to work in an international setting, contributing to impactful projects at the intersection of data, compliance, and digital transformation.
We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract
- B2B: 110 – 130 PLN net/hour + VAT
- Solid experience (at least 5 years) as a Business Analyst in complex, integrated environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills;
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), including writing user stories;
- Experience working with tools like JIRA (AirFocus is a plus);
- Ability to apply business analysis techniques to drive business change;
- Experience working with data solutions and understanding end-to-end data processes
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GxP or similar);
- Experience working in global, distributed teams;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in consent management or data privacy-related projects;
- Exposure to data analysis concepts within regulated industries;
- Background in pharma/life sciences, especially clinical trials;
- Familiarity with User-Centred Design/Design Thinking;
- Experience with UX/UI, prototyping, or business process design;
- Technical or business-related degree.
