First Supply is looking for a Business System Analyst! In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate across departments to optimize software applications, streamline business processes, and driver greater operational efficiency. FULLY ONSITE in Madison, WI or West Salem, WI.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for business software applications, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any technical issues or user inquiries promptly.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and updates.
- Work collaboratively to implement initiatives to deliver ERP solutions that allow internal departments and external partners to use technology solutions and data more efficiently.
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvements to software applications and processes to optimize business performance.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new systems or system enhancements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Investigate system-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and present recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate on the creation and use of business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis or related role preferred.
- Proficiency with business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and basic SQL knowledge a required.
- Pervious experience working with Infor CloudSuite technology platform preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
