Join One of the Fastest-Growing Full-Service Restaurant Brands in America!

At Ford's Garage, we're not just building restaurants—we're building an iconic brand. As the official restaurant licensee of Ford Motor Company, Ford's Garage delivers a unique dining experience inspired by America's love affair with automobiles, great food, and genuine hospitality.

We're seeking a passionate individual who thrives on implementing and maintaining complex technology infrastructure while creating a restaurant environment that delivers high-quality experiences. If you’re looking for a fast-paced and high-energy position with an emerging national restaurant brand, this is the opportunity for you.

Summary of Position:

The Manager of Business Analytics turns the brand's data into business outcomes. This role owns the identification, organization, quality, and analysis of data across the restaurant technology stack (POS, back office, loyalty, online ordering, labor, and guest feedback) and delivers reporting and insights that leadership and operators actually use. The role also administers corporate business applications, continues to own menu data management, and serves as the operational lead for the brand's AI initiative launch. This is an ideal position for someone who knows the systems deeply and wants to move up the value chain from administration to analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years working hands-on with restaurant technology platforms and their data; menu data management experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical skills: SQL proficiency required, experience with a BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) required
  • Understanding of restaurant business metrics: PMIX, comp sales, labor percentages, channel economics, and guest lifetime value
  • Experience with data integration concepts (APIs, ETL/ELT, data warehousing); hands-on warehouse experience (Snowflake, BigQuery, Fabric, or similar) is a plus
  • Curiosity about AI applied to real business problems, with judgment to separate value from hype
  • Strong communication skills; able to present findings to executives and explain data to operators
  • Process discipline and documentation habits
  • Experience with Aloha Enterprise reporting preferred
  • Restaurant team member experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, recurring financial reports, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scorecards tracking sales, labor, and food costs
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing performance of the business including product sales, business trends, marketing activities, and other ad-hoc requests
  • Analyze menu item mix, contribution margins, and price sensitivity to balance high-cost ingredients with high-margin items like appetizers, cocktails, and desserts.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to identify performance trends and operational bottlenecks.
  • Analyze point-of-sale (POS) data, and guest satisfaction signals to recommend menu pricing, promotional strategies, or cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy of data pulled from POS systems and accounting software (e.g., Aloha, R365).
  • Maintain and update pricing and menu item data files
  • Serve as the operational lead for the brand's AI launch: use case identification, data readiness assessment, and pilot execution
  • Prepare and govern the datasets that feed AI tools, including the data lake or warehouse foundation
  • Evaluate AI capabilities within existing vendor platforms versus standalone tools; document what is real versus marketing
  • Define guardrails for AI use with the Senior Director: data privacy, accuracy validation, and appropriate use policies
  • Run pilots with measurable success criteria and report outcomes to leadership

Success Measures (First 12 Months)

  • Data inventory and dictionary complete for core systems
  • Leadership dashboard suite live and adopted, replacing ad hoc spreadsheet reporting
  • Menu/master data change process documented and running with measurable error reduction
  • First AI pilot launched with defined success criteria and a documented outcome
