Overview

We are seeking an Epicor Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our Epicor ERP environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Epicor ERP system and related business applications.
• Gather and document business requirements from various departments.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Configure, test, and implement Epicor enhancements and updates.
• Assist with report development, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support ERP projects, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training as needed.
• Maintain data integrity and support data management activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system functionality and business performance.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Epicor ERP systems in a business environment.
• Understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and system configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor ERP administration, configuration, or implementation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, finance, or operational processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and system integrations.
• Experience participating in ERP projects, upgrades, or continuous improvement initiatives.
