We're looking for a Founding Marketer to own growth, narrative, distribution, content, and experimentation from day one. Website: https://nola.money Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a growth marketer in the B2C domain. - Experience taking a product or company from 0 to 1. - Worked at an early-stage startup and driven growth from zero to meaningful user adoption. - Built a public profile through a podcast, YouTube channel, newsletter, Twitter/X audience, Substack, meme page, or similar. - Strong understanding of GTM without brand recognition, large budgets, or existing playbooks. - AI-native mindset with experience building agents, content pipelines, research workflows, automation systems, or outbound engines. - Ability to write, ship, and iterate quickly. - Currently working at a b2c startup. - Strong content creation and storytelling skills. Responsibilities - Own everything that brings users to Nola and keeps them there — the narrative, the channels, the launch sequence, the founder content, the lifecycle, the experiments. - Define and execute the company narrative. - Build and scale acquisition channels. - Design and execute launch strategies. - Drive founder-led content initiatives. - Own lifecycle marketing and retention programs. - Run growth experiments across channels. - Build agents and automations to increase marketing leverage. - Create and ship content at high velocity. - Solve growth challenges with no predefined playbook. - Drive user growth and engagement across the funnel.
