Sales Training Specialist

As a Sales Training Specialist, you will drive the effectiveness of our sales organization by designing and delivering innovative training programs that elevate performance and accelerate results. Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners, you will lead initiatives that strengthen new hire onboarding while continuously advancing the development and enablement of our sales and sales support teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, coaching, and learning, and is motivated by making a tangible impact on team productivity and growth. The Sales Training Specialist role is able to work remotely with approximately up to 25-30% of travel for on site facilitation.
