IT Business Analyst (C-CLIPS)

With just over 40,000 people in 52 locations, Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) serves two primary client segments—corporates and financial institutions (including banks, insurance companies, and asset managers)—offering tailored solutions in Capital Markets, Securities Services, Financing, Risk Management, Cash Management, and Financial Advice. Acting as a bridge between corporate and institutional clients, CIB aims to connect the financing needs of our corporate clients with the investment needs of our institutional clientele.

About The Team

We are currently forming a new team in Warsaw that will be responsible for one the core global systems within BNP CIB. We will be developing a new application that aims to serve as the global platform for managing cash position incorporating latest AI tools available.

Requirements

• Experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a complex corporate or financial environment.
• Strong capability in process analysis, synthesis, and the design of robust support systems.
• Good presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to audiences of various sizes and levels of seniority.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum methodology and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• A solid understanding of front-end and back-end software development technologies, as well as UX/UI usability principles.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, as all project communication and documentation are conducted in English.
• A foundational knowledge of, and a willingness to leverage, AI tools

• Collaboration with the global team responsible for the overall system roadmap to align local development with long-term strategic goals.
• Partnership with business stakeholders to analyse complex processes and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Designing high-level roadmaps categorized by system components and development streams.
• Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team, presenting functional requirements and resolving ambiguities to ensure seamless execution.
• Preparing comprehensive, high-quality documentation for both end-users and IT Support.
• Participation in the full rollout lifecycle, from strategic deployment planning to the delivery of user training.
