What You'll Do
As a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will:
- Support workstreams within Finance-wide transformations and other strategic Finance Transformation initiatives, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations
- Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and influence senior Deloitte Finance leadership
- Develop, own, and modify detailed models to conduct analyses and perform other analytical tasks
- Present team findings to senior Finance stakeholders and help implement recommendations
- Begin building long-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts across the firm
- Identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and support realignment of the Finance organization to realize strategic opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Organizational Transformation, or Strategy Consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Limited travel required (approximately 10-20%), with the ability to work remotely when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Prior experience at a big 4 or consulting firm
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions
- Strong executive presence and ability to work with and influence senior leaders
- Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects
- Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to increase efficiency across the workstream
