Supply Chain Operations & Governance Analyst

This position will be an individual contributor to the development of scalable, integrated systems that enhance efficiency, visibility, and performance across the global supply chain functions—from procurement through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance & Standardization Conduct governance initiatives to ensure compliance with technology architecture standards. Support the selection of hardware, software, and supply chain product platforms. Participate in architecture reviews and enforce adherence to design principles.
- Strategic Collaboration Partner with senior supply chain leaders to align system architecture with business goals and long-term strategies. Provide thought leadership on technology investments and emerging trends.
- System Design & Implementation Translate business and technical requirements into scalable system designs. Implement end-to-end architectures that prioritize performance, security, and resilience.
- Integration & Interoperability Define integration strategies and ensure seamless interoperability across platforms. Provide guidance during system implementation and lead change initiatives to drive business outcomes.
- Documentation & Analysis Champion the documentation of architecture designs, process flows, and governance frameworks. Ensure transparency and traceability across all technology initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global supply chain operations, system architecture, or technology governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft ERP systems and/or other procure-to-pay platforms. Experience with ServiceNow or tactical/predictive procurement tools is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Project Management experience or certification is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of global procurement processes: source-to-contract, negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with market trends and opportunities to streamline systemic footprints across regions.
- Operational understanding of key supply chain domains (e.g., logistics, sourcing, planning).
- Experience with e-procurement platforms is an asset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
