Job Title: Business Analyst with CBAP Certification Location: Menands, NY (Onsite) Relocation: Yes from EST Interview: Video Experience: 8 years (Not less than 8 years) Duration: 12 Months Visa: H1B, H4EAD, USC, GC
Mandatory: CBAP Certification
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor level or higher education
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- Experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
- Experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
- Experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers
- Experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
- Experience with Grants Management systems
