Your Day-to-Day

• Analyze and interpret operational data to support business requirements and decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, including dashboards and ad hoc reports.
• Perform high-level data analysis and data management tasks.
• Meet client requirements within agreed turnaround times (TAT) while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address reporting needs.
• Monitor and support operational processes through logical analysis and reporting.
• Manage multiple reporting requests while adapting to changing business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Reporting/MIS.
• Must have at least 2 years of exposure in a Call Center environment.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle and achieve departmental requirements.
• Knowledge of operational processes, reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
• Open to change and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Excellent client management skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with data and generate various dashboards, reports, and ad hoc reports.
• Strong ability to perform high-level data analysis and data management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities for growth.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting environment.
• Able to work under pressure and demonstrate a proactive, go-getter attitude.
