The NetSuite Application Support Analyst is the first line of support for Aqualis Group’s NetSuite ERP and related business systems, ensuring the effective adoption, day-to-day use and support of these platforms across an international user base. The role blends functional business analysis with hands-on user support triaging and resolving issues, capturing requirements, testing changes and championing best practice in system use. Working closely with the wider Business Systems team, the role is the front door for NetSuite queries and a key enabler of a well-supported, well-adopted platform.
What will you be doing?
- Provide first-line functional support to a global NetSuite user base, triaging, prioritising and resolving issues and ensuring all support requests are tracked to resolution.
- Perform day-to-day application administration user setup, roles and basic configuration under guidance.
- Capture functional and technical requirements from the business and build them into a prioritised backlog with the Business Systems team.
- Test system changes, enhancements and release updates; support UAT and deployment.
- Champion the use of NetSuite and demonstrate best practice, act as a bridge between the business and the technical team.
- Develop and deliver training and user guidance and coordinate a regional super-user network.
- Maintain user-facing documentation and knowledge-based content.
- Act as a point of contact between the business and application vendors for logged issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a business, finance or information-systems discipline.
- Working familiarity with NetSuite (or a comparable ERP) as a user / administrator.
- 2+ years in application support or business-systems support, ideally ERP (NetSuite, Deltek or comparable).
- Experience supporting international / 24-7 business systems and prioritising a diverse workload.
- Confident NetSuite (or comparable ERP) user / administrator with an understanding of ERP-enabled processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and requirements-capture skills.
- Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
