-Role Overview-

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our global clients and our engineering teams. You will work on digital transformation projects across industries including finance, insurance, life sciences, and manufacturing — helping clients turn their business goals into concrete, actionable solutions.

This role is ideal for curious, analytical thinkers who enjoy solving complex problems and communicating across cultures.

-What You Will Do-

• Analyze clients' business operations and deeply understand their requirements to co-create a shared vision
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to define, refine, and document detailed requirements
• Coordinate communication between project teams (engineers) and multiple stakeholders to drive end-to-end transformation
• Leverage global consulting frameworks and best practices to propose strategies that lead projects to success
• Draft requirements definition documents and project plans in collaboration with clients and delivery teams

-Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree or above (all majors welcome)
• Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• JLPT N1 or above (for international applicants only)
• Expected graduation: March 2027, or graduated after March 2026 within 1 year of graduation

-仕事内容-

ビジネスアナリストは、グローバルクライアントとエンジニアチームをつなぐ重要な役割を担います。金融・保険・ライフサイエンス・製造業など幅広い業界のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）プロジェクトにおいて、お客様のビジネス目標を具体的なソリューションに落とし込む仕事です。

-主な業務内容-

• お客様の業務を分析し、要件を深く理解したうえで、ビジョンを共有するための協力的なプロセスを構築
• ステークホルダーとのワークショップや協議を通じて要件を詳細化・文書化
• プロジェクトチーム（エンジニア）と複数ステークホルダー間のコミュニケーションを推進し、変革全体をコーディネート
• グローバルのコンサルタントチームの一員として、お客様の成功事例を活かした戦略の策定と実行
• 要件定義書の作成・プロジェクト計画の立案

• 大学卒業以上（学部不問）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）
• 日本語能力試験 JLPT N1以上（留学生の方のみ対象）
• 2027年3月卒業見込み、または2026年3月卒業以降の既卒1年以内の方
