About the Company

We are a hospitality-focused SaaS solution provider dedicated to enhancing the guest experience and maximizing direct bookings for accommodation providers. We offer an all-in-one platform featuring AI-powered chatbots, booking engines, and CRM/Marketing Automation tools.

Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will join our Business Intelligence Group as an Individual Contributor. In this role, you will collaborate closely with executive management and various departments to drive data utilization across the organization. You will contribute to business growth and operational improvement through data analysis, visualization, and strategic insight provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, process, visualize, and analyze data related to internal KPI management.
• Retrieve data using BigQuery/SQL and create reports using BI tools such as Looker.
• Improve data infrastructure and integration processes to automate and streamline internal operations.
• Design and manage data for our client-facing data dashboard service (tripla Analytics).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and support data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (Domestic or International).
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Proven experience in requirement definition and stakeholder management with clients or internal teams.
• 3+ years of experience in data extraction and processing using SQL.
• Advanced business-level English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Business-level Japanese proficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to pitch actionable proposals.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating persuasive presentation materials in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to understand business structures and derive essential insights from data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DWH environments (e.g., BigQuery) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Knowledge or experience in statistics, big data, machine learning, or programming languages like Python/R.
• Experience in launching or scaling new businesses, services, or projects.
• Knowledge of operational efficiency and automation tools (e.g., RPA).
• Industry experience in SaaS, travel, or hospitality sectors.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, and project management tools (e.g., Backlog).

応募要件

必須要件・経験・学歴

• 顧客または社内ステークホルダーとの要件定義・折衝の実務経験
• ビジネスアナリストまたはデータアナリストとしての実務経験（3年以上）
• 国内または海外の4年制大学卒業
• 英語：中上級レベル（読み書き・会話）
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル

• 社内外の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• 説得力ある資料作成スキル（日英両方）
• ビジネス構造を理解し、データから本質的な示唆を導き出せる力
