Job Description

BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, has provided sourcing, analytics, and technology solutions to help

customers achieve their strategic objectives since 2001. BridgeNet's customer base spans Fortune 500 and Global 2000, and

with annual logistics spend under management of over $5.4 billion, is well positioned to support its customers' complex

global supply chains.

  • Role Summary

The Logistics Supply Chain Process Consultant brings deep supply chain and technology expertise to inform, validate, and

build out solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value across the 4PL program. This role leads solution

design workgroups, develops process maps, defines KPIs and SLAs, and creates operational routines and SOPs that enable the

Control Tower team to execute effectively. The Logistics Supply Chain Process Consultant plays a critical bridge role between

strategic program design and day-to-day operational reality, ensuring that every solution deployed is not only technically

sound but operationally sustainable. Candidates must bring a combination of supply chain domain depth, structured

analytical thinking, and clear communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned solution design workgroups, facilitating design sessions and driving consensus on process flows,

integration approaches, and operational standards.

  • Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve designs and accelerate implementation timelines

and benefit delivery.

  • Build and maintain process maps, technical specifications, and risk documentation for all assigned solution areas.
  • Participate actively in all design discussions, bringing subject matter expertise to ensure solution integrity and practical

operability.

  • Lead the creation of new operational processes supported by comprehensive documentation, change impact

assessments, and stakeholder communications.

  • Drive the development of KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards aligned to program value opportunities and client

reporting requirements, delivering finalized design artifacts — including metric definitions, calculation methodologies,

and SLA thresholds — to the Logistics Supply Chain Engineering Manager for operationalization as program-wide

analytical standards.

  • Develop supporting operational routines and governance mechanisms to ensure consistent day-to-day operational effectiveness post go-live.
  • Lead the creation of operational SOPs, user guides, and process documentation for Service Delivery and Control Tower teams throughout all implementation phases, serving as the primary author of operational process documentation and incorporating technical design context provided by the Principal Solution Architect.
  • Contribute to tollgate materials, business case development, and executive presentations supporting program governance reviews.
