Context


You will join a Global Markets Post-Trade IT team supporting Fixed Income trading activities within a complex and fast-paced environment. The role is focused on post-trade systems and workflows, with strong interaction with Operations, Risk, and Front Office teams.


The team covers both production support and project delivery across a range of internal and vendor platforms, supporting settlement, clearing, accounting, and reporting processes within the Fixed Income ecosystem.


Role


  • Gather and formalize business requirements with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, and Operations
  • Perform impact analysis and define appropriate IT solutions
  • Write functional specifications and liaise with development teams
  • Coordinate testing phases, including UAT
  • Contribute to project delivery, tracking, and communication
  • Provide day-to-day support on post-trade systems, including settlement, clearing, and accounting
  • Ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution


Profile


  • 5–12 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Global Markets / Investment Banking
  • Strong experience in Fixed Income environments
  • Strong understanding of post-trade / back office processes (mandatory)
  • Experience with systems such as Murex, Calypso, Summit or similar platforms
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Understanding of data flows and batch processing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments
